THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS
A fresh start.
For what comes next.
Before the listing photos. Between possession and the moving van. Give your Coquitlam home, condo or commercial property a considered clean for the next chapter, with the rooms and timing clearly agreed.
01
Prepare for the first viewing
Identify the rooms and accessible surfaces to present for photographs or showings. Tell us whether the property is occupied, partly furnished or vacant, and what will be cleared before the visit.
Entrances and accessible floors
Kitchen counters, sinks and agreed surfaces
Bathroom fixtures and mirrors
Accessible shelves and agreed interior glass
02
Use the space before the move
For a newly purchased property, list the rooms available before furniture, boxes or business equipment arrive. Share the expected possession date and the point at which authorized access is available.
03
Ask about the interiors you want included
If empty cupboards, drawers, ovens or refrigerators need attention, name them in the request. Condition, material and access are reviewed before these additional tasks are added to the scope.
04
Include the practical details of the address
A condo request needs the unit number and any permitted hours, sign-in or elevator arrangements. A house or commercial unit needs its own room list and authorized contact. Private-unit work remains separate from strata common areas.
05
Plan the clean around the occasion
Give the target photography, showing or moving date and any remaining renovation or unusual conditions. The provider confirms the scope, price and available time before the visit is booked.
THE DETAILS ADD UP
Big impressions. Small details.
From the first door handle to the last room on the list. Bring your priorities into a clear, practical cleaning plan.
Can I request this for a home on Burke Mountain or a Coquitlam condo?+
Yes. The one-time property-preparation service accepts requests for houses, condos and commercial properties. Send the full address, condition and target date for assessment.
Does the property need to be empty?+
No. Describe what will remain furnished or occupied and which surfaces will be accessible. That helps establish a realistic task list.
Are inside cupboards and appliances part of every clean?+
They are requested separately. Identify the interiors you want assessed and whether they will be empty before the visit.
Is this the same as post-construction or remediation cleaning?+
No. Ordinary pre-sale and move-in preparation is separate from specialist construction cleanup or mould, asbestos and biohazard remediation. Mention renovation debris or unusual conditions before the scope is agreed.
A BETTER BEGINNING
A cleaner space. Starts with a conversation.
Tell us about the property, the people who use it and what you need from your cleaning service.
